Defining the Scope of Work

Prepare a design brief/Scope of work based on client requirements

Present the brief to the client for sign-off

Accommodate any changes to the design brief

Gather prerequisites such as floor plans and constraints

Designing/Design Phase

Create layout plans, mood boards, 2D floor plans, and spatial planning

Provide color recommendations and approximate pricing for materials

Incorporate client feedback during the iteration process

Sign off on the 2D model and concept

Create a 3D model and high-fidelity rendering of the final design.
